Blue & Gold Brewing Co. is a student-run business dedicated to “brewing” exceptional products - beer and coffee - that bring the Marquette community together. Both product teams work in collaboration with innovative, customer-driven Milwaukee businesses, including Broken Bat Brewing, Good City Brewing, Gathering Place Brewing, and Stone Creek Coffee. Blue & Gold students work on all aspects of each project, including market research, finance, product development, packaging, distribution, marketing, and more. This experiential learning program is open to all Marquette students who have a passion for product development, brand creation, and story telling.
